Refund and Return Policy
Effective January 3, 2025, at powerrcite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read through our refund and return policy below for guidance on how to initiate a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Products: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required to initiate a return or refund.
How to Return an Item
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@powerrcite.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included on the return package to ensure proper processing.
- Packaging the Return: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and promotional materials. Make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Shipping the Return: Ship the returned item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the return package will reach us without tracking.
Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refund: If the return meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s).
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if there are missing components, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned product.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@powerrcite.com. We will assist you with returning the defective item and provide a full refund or replacement, including any return shipping costs. To expedite this process, please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item when you contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or Custom Products
- Open or Used Fragrances
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@powerrcite.com.
